iOS 5 IS Supporting OTA Delta Software Update Over 3G Network

Well,recently a new discovery in iOS 5 SDK has declared that iOS 5 supported devices will allow over-the-air delta software updates on 3G networks. When Apple released the new OTA updates feature of iOS 5 at WWDC 2011, it didn't actually mention the ability to do this on 3G networks, but now it is already confirmed.
