OpenNotifier is a brand-new, fully-customizable Status Notifier for iOS 4. It is a collaborative project, designed and written from scratch. To enjoy this app, you need a jailbroken device (guide here) then navigate to Cydia and search for OpenNotifier under ModMyi repository.
