Two days ago, we told you that apple removes VLC media player from the app store, now you can dwonload VLC for iphone, ipod and ipad from cydia.

The VLC app is now hosted on Ryan Petrich’s repo in Cydia.


Here is the Step by step guide :

Step 1:

Open Cydia on your jailbroken iOS device.

Step 2:

Click on the Manage tab and select Sources.

Step 3:

Now click the Edit button and select Add.

Step 4:

Type the following repo and tap Add Source:

http://rpetri.ch/repo

Step 5:

Now click the newly added repo and you’ll see VLC Media Player listed.

Final Step 6:

Select VLC Media Player and install.
