As most of you know, Seas0nPass can jailbreak your Apple TV 2G but only for Mac OS X users. Firecore has just announced that Seas0nPass will come for Windows users between 1-2 weeks which will allow you to jailbreak Apple TV 2G iOS 4.2.1 on Windows.

Not yet - SeasonPass for Windows will be out soon (1-2 weeks)
