Apple has just seeded iOS 4.3 beta 3 in the iOS Dev Center. This kind of betas is only available for developers enrolled int the dev center either by the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program.

Apple has released the first beta of iOS 4.3 bringing multitouch gestures and more, followed by iOS 4.3 beta 2 with the removal of this awesome gestures.
