Apple has seeded the third beta of iOS 4.3 yesterday and iOS 4.2.6 for Verizon iPhone 4 as well. By February 10th, Verizon iPhone 4 hits the doors brining iOS 4.2.6.

David Pogue wrote in New York Times review of the Verizon iPhone 4, claims that the new Personal Hotspot feature would come to existing AT&T iPhone users on February 13. Just a minutes before, that phrase was deleted from the online review. Wait for that date as more comes. [AppleInsider]
