Following the release of iTunes 10.2, Apple has just released iTunes 10.2.1 for Windows and Mac OS X. This version enables you to Sync your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 4.3 and adds some improvements and bug fixes.

What’s new in iTunes 10.2.1

- Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.
- Improved Home Sharing. Browse and play from your iTunes libraries with Home Sharing on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.

MuscleNerd of the iPhone Dev Team has confirmed few hours ago that the new version of iTunes is safe for jailbreakers. This version will be required by iPad 2 and all devices to update to iOS 4.3.
