iPod Nano Seventh-Generation Leaked with 1.3 Megapixel Camera

May be this will be next iPod nano? Well, it look like it's real. Taiwan's Apple.pro claims to show the alleged seventh-generation iPod nano. As you can see in the image below, the only big change here is that 1.3 megapixel camera which found in the image on the left.
Some people believes that if they added a camera than they would have to add Wi-Fi receiving capability for video chatting. It would be just a stupid as using the iPad as a camera on your vacation. What do you think?
