Yes, your read it write, MuscleNerd of iPhone-dev team has just announced on his Twitter account that today he will release iOS 5 jailbreak for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G, 3G and iPad 1, likely jailbreak iOS 5 will be with new version of Redsn0w and it will be for Mac only.

Jailbreak iOS 5 important details :

• iOS 5 is still in beta version which is only available for developers only (registered UDIDs), if you don't a developer, don't worry you can follow our previous guide to upgrade to iOS 5 without developer account but this will be under your complete responsibility.
• Jailbreak iOS 5 is still tethered boot, which means that you should connect to your computer on every reboot.
• Jailbreak iOS 5 will be available for Mac users only. Windows users, don't worry , you will be the next step.
• If you rely on unlock, stay away from upgrading to iOS 5.
