We all know the canadian singer and actor Justin Bieber that I hate him, anyway Microsoft has released a theme for it's movie "Never Say Never" for Windows 7, Maybe most of you hate Justin Bieber but I don't like his music I do know, however, that Justin has countless fans, or Beliebers, if you may.
