Bloomberg: Samsung Drops Counter suit Against Apple

In the month of April,Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung saying that its galaxy tab similar to iPad and iPhone.Later on Samsung filed counter lawsuit against Apple and asked to see the iPad 3 and iPhone 5. The un-launched devices have been dismissed by the judge earlier this year.
The suit was slapped back on 30th June but Samsung will resume to fight patents with an earlier counter-patent suit.But Samsung has dropped the suit in US and it will not influence other patent suits.Excluding US,they have lawsuits in Japan,Germany,South Korea and in UK.
Spokesman of Samsung Nam ki Yung reported to Bloomberg," the counter suit was slapped back to 'streamline' the legal proceedings".He also told Bloomberg that Samsung will not cease their efforts in defending their rights and preserve intellectual property.
