Google+, a social network from Google was introduced last Wednesday and has been on a limited invite-only testing phase ever since. To promote it, Google has pushed its app to App Store as Google developer, Erica Joy, said that they have submitted the Google+ client to App Store and it will be available to download as soon as it gets approved by Apple.

She said: 

For my iPhone using friends: the Google+ iPhone app has been submitted to the App store (no not today, sometime prior to today) and is awaiting approval.

We don't see any reason for this app getting rejected by Apple. It would be soon available to the App Store.
