Domain name Jailbreakme.com is up for sale on GoDaddy.com.For who don't know that JailbreakMe.com is the domain where Comex will issue the long-awaited iPad 2 jailbreak. If you go to GoDaddy.com right now and search for Jailbreakme.com domain name it will tell you that Jailbreakme.com is up for sale . It is an auction opened to anyone to bid.

The site has the current auction price of $2,500 but it is appraised at $316. This auction is set to end on July 16 and will definitely go much higher.

Now the question is, why is this happening? One of the reasons could be that the owner may have decided to sell this site at a high price as it is very popular domain. Another reason could be that Comex doesn't want to go any further with the tool or it could just be a mistake.

Comex is not the owner of this site. Comex himself has tweeted to confirm this.
