Redsn0w, instrument-Dev Team, which selects an IPSW, save and send your Blobs SHSH Cydia will have a "major upgrade" as MuscleNerd announced on his Twitter account.

The update will feature "automatically retrieve important documents directly from Apple (and the cache so it does not need to re-take again)." Means you will not need to select a ISPW. But you can select ISPW hand unless you have an Internet connection or in the case of IOS Beta.
