Some of us are waiting for the iPad 2 jailbreak release. Up till now, there has been no legitimate iPad 2 jailbreak, and no definite release date has been given for the iPad 2 jailbreak. However, Joshua Hill of the Chronic Dev Team has once again given an update on the state of iPad 2 jailbreak.

It seems like Apple is recalling Verizon 3G iPad 2 shipments following the network connectivity issue that many users have been facing. This connectivity has only been detected in Verizon 3G iPad 2 units and not the AT&T ones. Therefore, it looks like Apple is recalling Verizon 3G iPad 2 shipments.

We've previously heard that Apple is looking to widen its parts supplier base. The latest development reveals that Apple may select Taiwanese manufacturer Coretronic is an additional provider of LED backlights for the iPad 2.
